Kahn Design's Range Rover Sport SUV matches the vehicle's performance with new looks
The Range Rover Sport SVR is about as wild as SUV’s come but Kahn Design thought it could make the British bruiser a little more insane. Refractory Anchors Broken Arrow
Dubbed the Range Rover Sport SVR Pace Car, the finished vehicle has been made to turn even more heads than a typical SVR while also making things a little nicer in the cabin.
Starting with the exterior, Kahn Design has designed a new front fascia that combines a 3D mesh grille, customized splitter, and enlarged air intakes. Additionally, the SVR Pace Car presented incorporates bright red accents for an added level of insanity.
Exterior modifications continue at the sides and include flared wheel arches and extended side skirts. There’s also a set of 23×9.5-inch tires at all four wheels with a Diamond Cut Satin Black finish and 305/30 tires. The rear is a little more restrained and includes an extended roof spoiler, bespoke diffuser and new quad tailpipes.
Inside, Kahn Design has gone to town on the Range Rover Sport SVR, even though it didn’t really need any more luxuries. Among the obviously alterations are quilted and perforated leather trim across the seats finished in bright orange and with a hexagonal pattern. Final upgrades include stainless steel door sills and aluminum foot pedals.
Steel Welded Wire Surprisingly, Kahn decided against messing with the SVR’s engine. This means the SUV continues to deliver 575 hp and 516 lb-ft (699 Nm) of twisting power from its 5.0-liter supercharged V8 mill. Anyone who needs an SUV with more power is clearly compensating for something.
